i just gave blood for the first time and it wasnt as bad a i thought it would be =] glad my friend came i dont think i would have been able to do it if it were not for her =] my arm is hurting a bit but not that bad, now time for some xbox ^_^
im a so nervous for tomorrow, i will hopefully be donating my first pint of blood =] my friend is coming along to give me some support (thank god) =]
